Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition and retail packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof for an immediate replacement or full refund.
Return Logistics: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our internal logistical error.
Due to the instantly downloadable nature of digital formats, all sales of eBooks, PDFs, and electronic chapters are final and non-refundable once the secure download link has been generated.
Book Proposal Processing: Initial processing or review evaluation fees are non-refundable.
Contract Termination: Refunds for active manuscript production packages (typesetting, copyediting, distribution setup) are determined strictly by the project milestone completion schedule outlined in your individual author publishing contract.
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
